2024 Conference Registration
There are several registration options for the 2024 annual conference.
Conference registration cost is the same for in-person or virtual attendance.
You can register for the whole conference (Friday and Saturday) or you to register for one day.
Physicians, Nurses, Other Heathcare Professionals:
Full Conference Registration - $250
Individual days for $150 per day
Discounted Full-Conference Rates:
Students (OHN, EIH, OHSE): $25 (full conference)
Residents: $25 (full conference)
Social Event - Friday Evening
We have arranged a private Dinner at the Night Town restaurant. The cost for the dinner is included in conference registration. Conference registrants are welcome to include a guest for $40. Please indicate if you plan to attend the social when registering.
Please indicate your registration preference below. When you have made your selections, hit the “Complete Registration” button to complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation email.
If you register to attend virtually we will send you an email a few days before the meeting with the login information.
If you register to attend in-person you will receive an email with details for the on-site learning laboratories, conference parking, and the Friday Evening Dinner a few days before the conference
NOTES: Registration closes at 11:59 pm on Friday, September 20, 2024 so that we have time to finalize arrangements for catering.
